Fitness Fused Yoga Teacher Training
Gain powerful tools to be a successful new yoga teacher like class sequencing, how to teach a variety of yoga styles, and how to incorporate movement that can benefit students of all levels and abilities. Our 200-hour training is in collaboration with one of our Host Studio's, InBalance North West, located in San Antonio, TX. Unbound X InBalance has designed a curriculum that fuses fitness with yoga while drawing inspiration from movement and wellness modalities. This training teaches the fundamentals of yoga with a focus on the traditional vinyasa flow. InBalance's Yoga studio has a fun upbeat environment that encourages yoga teachers in training to explore and discover their yoga practices and style.

This 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training is focused on Vinyasa yoga, a flowing meditative practice that nurtures the body, mind, and heart. You will graduate as a yoga professional able to use the yoga tools and techniques you were taught to share powerful, accessible, and adaptibile yoga practices. This training is an official program registered with Yoga Alliance. Upon completion of this training, you will be able to join Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).

Meet the Instructors:

Angela Moore
Angie has been teaching yoga across the United States and Europe for over 8 years. She is specialized in trauma and addiction recovery, pregnancy and infant loss, and trauma and somatic therapy. Angie's continual goal is to give people a place to fit in and promote enjoyably challenging practices that decrease injury and promote wellness. Angela is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Lauren Mason
Lauren has over 10 years of experience teaching dance and yoga, and 8 years of teaching continuing education and yoga teacher training programs. With a background in education, theatre, and dance, Lauren uses her strengths to teach yoga programs that are comprehensive, unique, and inclusive. Lauren is a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance and a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Ashley Ludwick
Ashley has over 11 years of experience teaching yoga and has expanded her knowledge of yoga through various training courses. She received an additional 200 hours of teacher training and experience with the Esther Vexler Yoga School. Since graduating, Ashley was asked to join the Board of Directors for the Esther Vexler Yoga School in July 2017 and now serves as Secretary.

inBalance was created by fitness expert and instructor Hope Pedraza. The goal? To give people an opportunity to love movement as much as she does, and provide them options for classes that they will find nowhere else in town. She wanted to create a space to inspire people to nurture their body and their soul, and to provide a sense of belonging and community with students. Classes at inBalance rely on a variety of proven methods that take students out of their comfort zone, strengthening the body and improving flexibility by developing a balance that utilizes a fun and focused approach to movement, and all of this is done with top-notch instructors. inBalance isn’t here to create a fad dedicated to fitness.
