300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Semesters Overview
Our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is made up of four 100 Hour semesters, each with a specific area of study. Students not enrolled for a full semester can still take workshops, webinars, and immersive trainings as a part of their elective training hours.

Subtle Body Practices
Our meditation semester teaches how to bring the body into a meditative state with gentle movement, while learning subtle practices that affect the system holistically, and creating meaningful practices for students based on the philosophy of yoga. This semester is largely self-paced with required group and personal mentoring and support.
Yoga for Transformation Semester
Ideal for anyone who wants to work personally with clients as a teacher or educator, this semester strongly emphasizes personal practice and personalizing the yoga experience. Study foundational knowledge in yoga philosophy and concepts from Ayurveda that will lead to complete transformation. Create group and personal experiences that allow students to dive deeper and make the changes they wish to make in their minds, bodies, and lives. This semester includes a balance of self-paced work with required group and personal mentoring and support. There will also be a retreat to dive deeper into the material and apply your knowledge from the semester in a supportive environment.

Trauma and Adaptive Semester
January-April, 2024
Learn how to provide a gentle approach to yoga through language, holding space, and postures to ensure students feel safe and supported. Study adjustments in yoga that empower students to take ownership of their practice and aid in mental and physical recovery. This semester includes a balance of self-paced work with required group and personal mentoring and support. There will also be a retreat to dive deeper into the material and apply your knowledge from the semester in a supportive environment.

Asana Semester
September-December 2024
Study the body and the physical postures of yoga with courses like anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Learn how to sequence and structure yoga classes and practice that allows students to learn and advance at their own pace. Practice and understand the benefits of partner yoga and manual adjustments, applying the knowledge learned through the Asana Semester courses.This semester includes a balance of self-paced work with required group and personal mentoring and support. There will also be a retreat to dive deeper into the material and apply your knowledge from the semester in a supportive environment.
