Topics in these courses include teaching methodology, advanced anatomy, adaptive yoga, and advanced yogic philosophy. These courses are 40 hours each, and will be offered over intensive weeks, sometimes in a retreat format.

Specialization Courses
These courses focus on areas of expertise that are more selective and specific, such as trauma-informed yoga, yoga for specific groups, or specialty styles of yoga like Yin and Restorative. These courses are 20 hours each, offered over weekends.
Retreats and Personal Instruction
Some courses will be offered in retreat format, offered in the San Antonio area or other destinations. You also have the option for some hours to be completed by meeting one-on-one with a faculty member or completing an apprenticeship program.
