Kaye House-Agar

Faculty

Kaye is passionate about health, fitness and lifelong learning.  A 2016 Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis inspired Kaye to go deeper with her yoga practice and nutrition to combat the disease. Kaye completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Ayurveda Teacher Training and iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 training in 2019. She graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in July 2020 and completed her RYT-300 Yoga 2.0 Wellness Educator Program through YogaU Online in September 2021. Nikki Collazo

Body Worker, Personal Trainer, Neurokinetic Therapist

Nikki Collazo has been a part of the fitness industry as a coach and personal trainer since 2004. With coaching focused on strength and conditioning founded in biomechanics, she has cultivated athletic potential enhancing the performance of athletes in a wide range of sports. A strong academic background in therapeutic techniques and corrective exercise enables her to help people return to everyday movement free from pain and discomfort, and, for athletes, return to optimal performance in their sport.

Learn from Nikki in courses like YOGA FOR ATHLETES, where she teaches anatomy and physiology, along with the specific needs of athletes and bringing yoga into their training regimen.

Tej has a dynamic background of both Kundalini and Hatha yoga. She is a Hatha & Kundalini yoga practitioner, Vedic Astrologer, and Sound Healer. Tej has been teaching yoga since 2012 and has assisted in training both Hatha and Kundalini teachers since 2017. She offers Vedic Astrology readings, mentoring, and workshops in Austin and around the world. The gong, crystal singing bowls, the voice, and other sound healing instruments are weaved into her classes, events, and individual sessions. For Tej, the most influential benefit of these practices is self-awareness and transformation. She believes that self-discovery is the key to unlocking our fullest potential. This idea is incorporated into her own practice, and she shares it with her students, to help create a happier, healthier, and more authentic community.
