Ayurveda for Yoga Teachers

Join Lauren for a workshop on Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga and the "science of life." In this course, teachers will learn about incorporating knowledge of Ayurveda into public and private classes. Topics will include structuring classes based on Ayurvedic philosophies and teaching to different learning styles based on the dosha.

This workshop is a part of our 200-hour yoga teacher training program, but is open to yoga teachers for continuing education hours.
