About the Event
Join us for a workshop on different modalities of movement that you can bring into your yoga classes. Inspired by dance, somatic movement, and other types of movement, Lauren will guide you through practices that will breathe creativity into your practice and teaching.
This workshop is a part of our 200-hour yoga teacher training program, but is open to yoga teachers. This online continuing education workshop offered through Unbound Collective School of Yoga and Wellness, and is eligible for 3 hours of continuing education credit with Yoga Alliance.
