With practical skills and tools you can use again and again, this course is perfect for a yoga teacher who wants to be able to offer unique experiences while also sequencing and class planning with ease. In this course, learn how to build sequences for all levels of students in a variety of yoga styles. We will take a close look at a range of asana, studying anatomy and the benefits of each pose. Using this deep understanding of the purpose and effect of each asana, we will study and practice linking the postures together in a way that is physically and energetically beneficial with the least amount of risk. Building on these skills, you will be able to create countless sequences that are interesting, empowering, and keep your students coming back for more.

Part of our 300-hour advanced training program, this course can be taken independently for CEU credit, or counted towards your advanced certification with us. This course is ideal for yoga teachers who need new ideas and ways to approach sequencing and planning classes.
