Open to trainers, coaches, and yoga teachers, this training is the perfect opportunity to learn how the practice of yoga can complement athletic regimens of individual athletes and athletic teams. Learn how yoga can improve metabolic function, aide in short and long-term recovery, helps reduce injury and over-stress, and improve focus and mindfulness. This is a can't-miss training for anyone who wants specific tools to use on the field and in the gym to help optimize health and performance.
Part of our advanced 300-hour yoga teacher training program, this course may be taken on its own by qualified teachers and fitness professionals.
