Yoga from Within Mentoring + Retreat
A 40-hour intensive course where you will dive into the study of yogic philosophy and subtle anatomy. Topics include study of the mind and subtle bodies as described in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and other philosophical texts, exploration of the subtle body models, and variety of yogic meditation practices.
This unique course will meet weekly in preparation for a retreat at the end of April. It provides the opportunity to learn while disconnecting from the distractions of the outside world and benefiting from a yoga retreat. This combination allows you to learn, contemplate, and be nourished and supported by your teachers and colleagues.

Base pricing for this course + retreat is $975, with the option to upgrade your sleeping arrangements and workshops. The retreat price is significantly discounted by $200 with the opportunity to facilitate a workshop with support, guidance, and collaboration.
Retreat Ranch, Marble Falls
The Retreat Ranch located at 1643 County Road 403, Marble Falls, TX, is built on a 46-acre, family-owned ranch to create a glamping experience that blends into the surrounding natural elements. It is conveniently located within a short drive from Horseshoe Bay and downtown Marble Falls.
You have the option of a 2 or 3 night stay with glamping style accommodations. Your stay will include a variety of nutritional meals for the duration of your stay along with your choice of extracurricular activities with an option to purchase additional activities.

Retreat + Course
This retreat + course is designed for you to experience and understand how yoga practice can be guided by your own inner wisdom. The major focus will be on the subtle body and meditation, as well as "off the mat" practices like self reflection, discussion, and rituals. The unique format will also allow us to plan and teach workshops in a supportive, collaborative environment.
