Creative Class Sequencing

A workshop designed to help you breathe creativity into your classes and sequences. We'll study how to incorporate a variety of themes into practices, inspired by multiple sources. Topics will include yoga practices based on themes, and skills needed to incorporate themes into your class in a way that is meaningful, natural, and true to your teaching style. We'll also learn how sequencing postures can be done based on a theme or to support your theme to provide a class ecperience that is fun and insightful for your students.
