Training Details

200-hour Adaptive Hatha Flow

This 200-hour course is designed to help you open your heart and mind to the full practice of yoga while gaining the skills you need to be an effective, impactful teacher.

We value supporting students in their personal practice while they learn teaching skills. Our curriculum draws from ancient and modern wisdom, preparing teachers to support students from any background in a variety of settings.

In this training, you will learn...

Functional anatomy and kinesiology

Yogic philosophy and history

Teaching skills such as sequencing and class planning

Accessibility and adaptability, believing the practice of yoga to be valuable and available to anyone

Empowerment within your own practice

Supported by the philosophy and practices of all of the teachers who have come before us, we embark on a personal and interpersonal journey to better understanding and acceptance while being challenged and inspired. We believe that interaction and discussion with fellow practitioners is essential, along with the study of the whole practice of yoga.

This training is an official program registered with Yoga Alliance. Upon completion of this training, you will be able to join Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)

As the owner of the studio and someone whose life has been changed by yoga, my mission and hope with Laurel Grace is to offer a safe, encouraging, and supportive space where our community of students can grow and explore their personal practice. Partnering with Unbound will allow for that deeper dive and an opportunity for our students to set a foundation for their yoga and wellness practice. I love the program the ladies at Unbound have created. It really allows students to focus on different areas of interest and the schedule is very flexible to allow anyone to make this education a priority.
