The aerial hammock is a beautiful tool that makes the difficult practices of asana easier, and the simple practices harder! An Aerial Yoga Teacher needs to be fully prepared to keep their students safe, and adapt their practices. This course will emphasizes just that giving you the confidence to teach Aerial Yoga to all levels of students.

Location
This training will be held indoors at Concrete Yoga in Cibolo, TX. Concrete just opened up a brand new studio space and we are so excited to hold our first master aerial yoga teacher training there! You will attend all classes and training sessions at the studio and will have scheduled open studio time to practice teaching.

Lauren Mason
Lauren has over 10 years of experience teaching dance and yoga, and 8 years of teaching continuing education and yoga teacher training programs. With a background in education, theatre, and dance, Lauren uses her strengths to teach yoga programs that are comprehensive, unique, and inclusive. Lauren is a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance and a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Anne McCarthy
Master yoga teacher Anne McCarthy of Aerial Yoga San Antonio and Standard Deviation Yoga has teamed up with Unbound for this Master course. Anne has been teaching aerial yoga and other yoga teacher trainings for 6 years. She has taught over 1,000 hours of yoga training earning her the title of Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT). Anne is also w is currently working on her 500 hour yoga teacher certification.
