Training Details

200-hour Hatha Flow

Our premier training program, this 200-hour course is designed to help you open your heart and mind to the full practice of yoga while gaining the skills you need to be an effective, impactful teacher.

We value supporting students in their personal practice while they learn teaching skills. Our curriculum draws from ancient and modern wisdom, preparing teachers to support students from any background in a variety of settings. In this training, you will learn functional anatomy and kinesiology, yogic philosophy and history, and teaching skills such as sequencing and class planning. We teach accessibility and adaptability throughout our training, believing the practice of yoga to be valuable and available to anyone. In our trainings, you will be empowered in your own practice, finding the yoga tools and techniques that work best for you and learning how to share these powerful practices with others. Supported by the philosophy and practices of all of the teachers who have come before us, we embark on a personal and interpersonal journey to better understanding and acceptance while being challenged and inspired. We believe that interaction and discussion with fellow practitioners is essential, along with the study of the whole practice of yoga.

Both faculty teachers, Lauren Mason and Angela Moore, are certified yoga therapists and have over 20 years of teaching experience between them. Their guidance will ensure that your training experience is personal, powerful, and supported with wisdom and care. Expect this training to not only prepare you to be a yoga professional, but also to bolster your personal practice and life.

This training is an official program registered with Yoga Alliance. Upon completion of this training, you will be able to join Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)

During times of social distancing, Yoga Alliance has approved all registered programs for virtual learning. This special allowance is only for registered yoga schools adhering to specific guidelines. We are continuing to offer quality teaching through live video classes and online courses, and all scheduled trainings will continue as planned in accordance with Yoga Alliance guidelines.
